How a round unfolds
You move a monkey around a small supermarket. Walk it to a spot and the task there runs on its own: picking bananas, corn, wheat, coffee or cocoa in the fields, carrying them to the shelves, or standing at the till while customers pay.
Money from the till opens new aisles. Some goods take an extra step: animals only give eggs or milk after they have been fed corn, and machines turn raw goods into yogurt, popcorn, coffee, pastries and chocolate. As the shop grows you can hire monkey staff (cashiers, helpers, farmers and chefs) who take over jobs, though they get tired and fall asleep.
There are six stores in total, shown by icons for a banana, a chocolate bar, a cupcake, a fish, an apple and a coconut drink. The next store unlocks only after everything in the current one has been opened. Three upgrades (stamina, capacity and speed) each go up to level 4, and five daily tasks pay out diamonds that can be spent on more than twenty hats.

Tricks from the first rounds
Feed the animals corn early; eggs and milk do not appear until they have eaten.
Put the first upgrades into capacity, so each trip to the shelves carries more.
Check on hired staff now and then: they tire and fall asleep, and the job they cover stops.
Do the five daily tasks when you play; they are the way to earn diamonds for hats.
There is no pause button, so start a session when you can leave it running or simply close the tab.
